This tastefully decorated premium water villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable seating area. The luxurious and very complete kitchen is fully equipped, there is a long cozy dining table for the entire group. You will also find a cozy extra TV room with en-suite doors and a bathroom with separate toilet on the ground floor.

From your deck terrace, which is accessible from the living room through a sliding door, you have a beautiful view over the water. There is also plenty of seating outside. This villa has a spacious veranda with large dining table, spacious lounge set, parasols and sunbeds to relax during your stay. There is also a lowered jetty (with fixed swimming ladder) where you can enjoy fishing, swimming or moor your own boat/boats.

On the spacious first floor there are 4 bedrooms with single box-spring beds, a Finnish sauna, smart TVs in each bedroom, ample closet space and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite with rain shower and toilet. In addition, there is a separate toilet on the landing. In the master bedroom you will also find a spacious workplace.

The villa has a fully equipped utility room with washing machine and dryer, ironing board and iron. There is parking for two cars at the house with the option to charge your car electrically using a charging station. Free WiFi available.
