From the comfortable lounge set on the extensive south-facing deck terrace to the stylish corner kitchen with all amenities for the cooking enthusiast, to the lively flames of the gas fireplace in the living room, to the outdoor shower and the Finnish sauna, to the luxurious box spring beds with 4- seasonal duvets and Auping pillows… everything has been thought of.

This light water villa with a warm and attractive appearance is suitable for 8 people.
When you enter through the front door, you look through the wide patio door directly into the living room with large corner sofa and behind it, the water. The spacious kitchen-diner is equipped with luxury equipment, suitable for large groups: in addition to the combi oven, there is a 90 cm oven and a 5-burner induction hob. The cozy round dining table offers room for everyone; but when the weather is good you may prefer to eat at the long and cozy outdoor table.
What you will find next door on the ground floor: a special bedroom with ensuite bathroom. And the utility room where the washing machine, dryer, sink and separate freezer are located.
You can enjoy underfloor heating on this floor as well as on the bedroom floor.

If you walk upstairs, you will first see the cozy double box bed. Also on the first floor are the Finnish sauna and 3 bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, with a softer mattress on the right and a harder mattress on the left. One of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom; for the other guests there is a second bathroom with a bath and, as in all bathrooms, a rain shower.

Finally, via the fixed (steep) stairs on the landing you reach the attic floor, where your children can lounge undisturbed.

Other details:
* From the deck terrace as well as from the living room you have a beautiful view over the water (and the sunset); A beautiful garden with flower and plant beds has been laid out around the house.
* The Water Villa offers a dock (for your own or a rented boat)
* Windows are equipped with mosquito screens (and there are screen doors from the living room to the deck terrace)
* On each floor you will find 1 large smart TV / flat screen.

There is parking for two cars at the house and a charging station to charge your Tesla electrically (NB this charging station is only suitable for Teslas). The use of WiFi is free.

* During your stay you can use 2 kayaks at the house free of charge.

The main booker must be 23 years or older.
The water villas are very suitable for families and are not rented to
(young) groups and sports clubs.
