This spaciously furnished villa has a spacious living room with a comfortable corner sofa, underfloor heating and an attractive gas fireplace. The luxurious and very complete kitchen is fully equipped, there is a long cozy dining table for the entire group. On the ground floor you will also find a bedroom with two single box-spring beds and a bathroom with extra toilet.

From your deck terrace, which is accessible from the living room through a sliding door, you have a beautiful view over the water. In addition to the spacious deck where you can sit and moor a boat, there is also a jacuzzi on the separate terrace.

On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms with single box-spring beds, a double Frisian box bed (180x200), smart TVs in each bedroom, sufficient closet space and two bathrooms, one with an extra toilet and a spacious Finnish sauna.

The villa has a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. There is parking for two cars at the house. The use of WiFi is free.

The jacuzzi is suitable for 6 people. If you wish to use the jacuzzi at your villa, you pay a surcharge per stay. It is not possible to rent the jacuzzi per day.

The main booker must be 23 years or older.
