Reception and opening hours

Are you staying in one of our luxury water villas or Docklodges on the Frisian Lakes? Then we will ensure that your stay is relaxed and well organised.

Our reception is located at the Docklodges at De Bûtertonne 10 in Delfstrahuizen, centrally located between our waterfront accommodations. During your stay, we are happy to assist you with personal service, practical support and tips for the area.

During our opening hours, we are available by telephone and in person.
Outside these hours, an emergency number is available for urgent malfunctions or situations that cannot wait until the next working day. You will

receive the emergency number in your welcome email and you will also find it in the welcome folder in your villa or lodge. For other questions, you can always contact us by email. We will respond as soon as possible during office hours.

Our opening hours may vary on public holidays.

Arrival and departure

Check-in: from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival
Check-out: until 10 a.m. on the day of departure

Are you arriving outside our opening hours? Then please use our self check-in service. This way, you can relax and start your holiday by the water even if you arrive later. If you expect to arrive after 5 p.m., please let us know in advance.
