Boat mooring
A vacation in Friesland at the waterfront is best experienced with a (rented) boat at your own jetty. We would like to give you the following information about the possibilities of bringing your own boat.
If your boat is no longer than seven meters and has a draft of less than one meter, you can moor your boat at your own jetty. If your boat is larger, you can rent a berth at the beginning of the park.
Depth of water around the Water Villas
The depth of water around the Water Villas is 1.00 - 1.40 meters.
The width of the hand-operated bridge to sail to the villas is 5 meters.
Boat launch at Friese Meren Villas
At Friese Meren Villas you can easily launch your boat via our trailer slipway, right at the reception. For only €15.00 (in and out) you can use this facility both on arrival and departure.
Please note that the clearance height at the trailer ramp is 1.40 meters.
For the storage of your boat trailer applies that it must be parked outside the park, since storage inside the park is not allowed. This way you will enjoy a carefree water sports experience during your stay!
